So I took forever to post this, but in November of 2014, I was invited to take a trip to Cancun, Mexico for their newly founded Encuentro Fractal event. It was comprised of presentations, workshops, and exhibitions, and was an overall amazing time. I met some really talented people and was almost overwhelmed by the roster of awesome artists and designers. To be included was an honor.
The reception I received was heartwarming. I was glad to see everyone excited about my work and what I had to say. Great questions, great feed back, I loved that crowed, it was dope how engaged they were.
These guys even skipped regular scheduled classes to come and see me present! Wut!
Skipped out a little early after my presentation with Yvan (Facehunter) and Bernando to go get some food and take a trip down to Playa Del Carmen.
Next day, we sailed over to Isla Mujeres, and saw some of the super murals from the last "Sea Walls" event there.
Day 3, exhibition, and a very dope one at that.
All in all, an undoubtedly fun experience, see you again soon Cancun.
